Although schools have been traditionally responsible for after-school activities, various sports organizations, such as local clubs and local sports groups, are expected to join as part of the main body in the management of after-school activities, including the training and placement of instructors.\nHowever, some parents, as well as schools where students play sports, have expressed concern over the possibility of non-school organizations and personnel getting involved in sports clubs previously overseen by teachers within schools. Furthermore, concerns abound about whether sports instructors, who are not qualified teachers or coaches, would be able to instruct students with educational significance if they were to join the initiative as community instructors.
