Therefore, the importance of words in the art of dance is often underestimated. However, mankind has developed their intellectual activities by verbalizing our thoughts. Even in the creation process of dance, the words uttered by the choreographer give quality and meaning to each body movement, and clarify the intention of the work.\nChoreographer Jiří Kylián points out the importance of expressing each movement in words in the creation of dance. He says it is one of the knowledges that he wishes to hand down to the next generation choreographers.\nDance is like a blazing flame. It changes its form constantly. However, Kylián uses words as a tool to give dance a clear frame and to solidify it. In other words, he tears off the mysterious veil from dance by putting the rational shackles on it. When we filter the dance with words, some important elements of dancing might be vanished.
