One of the significant points of this amendment is addition of new punishable categories to non-periodical publications. The new categories are blaspheming the dignity of the Imperial House and disturbing the peace and order. This addition in 1934 was the equalization of the Press Law with the Newspaper Law. What were the reasons for this equalization?
