Two classes, Teaching Methods in Health and Physical Education Ⅱ and Instructional Planning, Methods and Assessment Seminar were utilized to support the e-learning self-reflection and evaluation system. 514 participating university students were divided into two groups: 2010 academic year（n=244）and 2011 academic year（n=270）. The main findings are summarized as follows: 1. Teaching Methods in Health and Physical Education Ⅱ and Instructional Planning, Methods and Assessment Seminar were utilized to practice self-reflection and evaluation as well as lesson planning and practice. 2. It was possible to enrich teacher education by cooperation with attached facilities（a library, an information processing center, etc). 3. E-learning based self-reflection and evaluation employing duration recording, teacher interaction recording, and reflection sheets, helped students assess their performance and develop new ideas.
