The results were follows as; This model has three factors; a)values of spectator sports as the object, b)spectator abilities as the subject and c)effective values as cultural fruits internally. The values of spectator sports have the intrinsic values and extrinsic values. There are sports phenomenon, sport essence and player’s ability in the intrinsic values. There are knowledge, observation/ interpretation and valuation/ comment in the spectator ability.
