Started in 2007, the program allows faculty to log in through the internet and students to use their own cellar phones to complete evaluations. This year, these new alterations of the program were directed at two major goals. First, the course evaluation program was extended to include the entire college. Moreover, the computer bug that caused 9% of previous failures in the system has now been reduced to 0%.Second,a web-based survey was constructed using open source technology. These programs will be evaluated in the future.Third, both paper answers and computer answers demonstrate bias, a fact confirmed by research and which is reflected also in our project.
