Methods: The subjects were thirty-four female college students studying in Japanese physical education course and also a member of the lacrosse club. An food educational intervention on behavior was performed for 8 months from December 2013 to October 2014. This food education was conducted to experience of taste of food, measure of body composition and giving feedback of their body composition. The food education was evaluated whether their meal was suited to their training. The data was analyzed by nutrition group, such as teachers, trainers, graduated students and lacrosse players. Questioner was conducted for revealing the change of eating behavior. Physical characteristics were assessed five times. Result: Body weight and body mass index were no significant differences between 8 months. The body fat in fifth measurement was significantly lower than in first measurement. The lean body mass increased significantly in eight month. More than half of the participants made an effort for the ideal body composition.
