The subject we treated in this paper assumed what is suggested for junior high and high schools' PE class, based on a course of study,and incorporated trainings and theories to raise both abilities to teach and do dance. The participants are the students of Dance Studies Major with much experience and knowledge of dance and students of Sports Sciences Major class who have less experience. As the class went on, the students of both classes strengthened the image of dance as “free,”“momentum,”“easy,”and “enjoyable for both men and women. ”They recognized dance as an important subject to teach in junior high and high schools. And they came to have a consciousness to be able to teach how to dance. There was a big change in Sports Sciences Major class than Dance Studies Major class; they deepened their understanding of dance, and increased positive image of dance. Both classes' students were able to actively join the class in cooperation with each other. However, in the first half of the class, they did not feel a consciousness for their learning outcome very much.
