The result of the questionnaire research I have conducted in my lecture of ‘Numbers and Theories' in 2013 indicated that there are many students who were not good with mathematics, but desired to understand it. In terms their motivations, we can be quite hopeful. However, the gap in the levels of understanding by the students is quite wide, and the lectures themselves cannot cover all of the levels of the students. I, thus, would like to take advantage of ICT that would allow them to study anywhere, from any field of math they are not good with. Mathematics education using ICT have been reported mainly on system developments, and few were on the case study of teaching students with low level of basic knowledge of mathematics.
